Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Request must be made within 180 days of the original purchase date
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
- Refund applies to all bottles purchased, whether opened or unopened
- No need to return the product (you may keep or dispose of it)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these simple steps:

- Include your order number and the email address used for purchase
- Briefly explain the reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)
- Our team will process your refund within 3-5 business days
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method
- It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
What's Covered
Our money-back guarantee covers:
- All product purchases (1 bottle, 3 bottles, or 6 bottles)
- Both opened and unopened bottles
- The full purchase price of the product
What's Not Covered
Please note the following exclusions:
- Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
- Only one refund per customer/household is allowed
- Refunds are not available for purchases made from unauthorized third-party sellers
No Questions Asked Policy
We honor our 180-day money-back guarantee with "no questions asked." While we appreciate feedback to help us improve, you are not required to provide a detailed explanation for your refund request.
Multiple Orders
If you have placed multiple orders:
- Each order is eligible for a refund within 180 days of its individual purchase date

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
